The HISEC ThorGuard Intrusion and Holdup Alarm System is an advanced security system designed for Security Grade 3 (Medium to High risk) applications including Banks, Airports and Government facilities. The product has been approved to the European Standards for Intrusion and Hold-Up Alarms Systems as follows:
- TS50131-3: Control & Indicating Equipment, Security Grade 3, Environmental Class 2.
- EN50131-6: Power Supplies

The highly flexible yet user friendly system offers a variety of options to enable users to tailor the system to meet specific site requirements. The alarm log in the Control Unit (CU) contains up to 1000 alarms with an unlimited log maintained at the management software. The CU operates as a standalone installation, or part of a global installation using the ThorGuard Management Software with a TCP/IP connection, making it possible to build a system with virtually unlimited size while remaining easy to upgrade or expand.
