TopGuard Patrol Plus

TopGuard Patrol Plus can be easily upgraded from TopGuard Patrol – simply fit a sentinel to the back of your computer and additional features are made available. This includes the ability to produce a variety of reports for individual tours, define up to 250 tours, and print a route map showing the location of all checkpoints in a tour.

The features offered by TopGuard Patrol Plus enable you to communicate route information to guards more effectively and help you to evaluate completed tours more quickly. TopGuard Patrol Plus is the advanced version of the popular guarding software.

• Checkpoints – to check that each location in a tour has been visited. Tour checkpoints can be marked as optional
• Incidents – to record important tour events (e.g. "window open")
• Personnel – to record the name of the guard performing the tour
• Breaks – to record lunch breaks, etc

Input/Output

• Tour data can be downloaded from any ProxiPen data collection device using a Data Transfer Unit (DTU), directly or via optional modem
• Data import of checkpoints and tours from GCS Patrol Manager

System Security

• Optionally, access can be given after providing a valid username and password
• Provides both User and Administrator access levels

Reports

• Individual Summary, Personnel, Control Point, Incident and Break reports
• Reports include details of each tour, including the time that each checkpoint was visited, checkpoints missed, the name of the guard and any incidents or breaks
• Selectable date range for report
• Wide range of print options provided
• Reports can be printed, saved, sent as an email or produced as an Acrobat PDF document
